Wilkinson was seen on the felony charge on Wednesday, Oct. 2, during which Williams set his bond at $1,000 cash and his preliminary hearing was scheduled for Friday, Oct. 11 at 9 a.m.

As you may recall, Wilkinson appeared in Circuit Court on the same charge on Sept. 12 after reportedly spitting on a deputy because she wouldn't give him a pen.
