Cheyenne Man Accused of Stealing $1.2K From Motel Cash Drawer
A 34-year-old Cheyenne man is facing a felony charge after reportedly burglarizing a Cheyenne motel.

According to a booking sheet, on March 11, a Laramie County Sheriff's deputy received a call about a prior theft at the Round-Up Motel at 403 S. Greeley Hwy.
Theft Investigation Leads to Cheyenne Man's Arrest
After receiving information from the owner, the deputy was able to gather information that led them to David Lee Broderick Jr.

The deputy says Broderick entered the motel and stole $1,200 from the cash drawer.
On March 15, the deputy contacted Broderick at the Sheriff's Office for a wanted person call, and after interviewing him, placed him under arrest.
Cheyenne Man Charged With Burglary for Stealing $1.2K From Round-Up Motel
Broderick was subsequently charged with burglary, a felony punishable by up to 10 years in prison, up to a $10,000 fine, or both.
He's currently being held in the Laramie County Detention Center on a $3,000 cash bond awaiting a March 27 preliminary hearing.
