Cold Weather, Some Snow In SE Wyoming Weather Forecast
The Cheyenne Office of the National Weather Service says we can expect some light snow and generally cold weather in southeast Wyoming.
Overnight temperatures over the next few days will reach the low single digits to near zero in some areas.
The agency posted this statement on its website:
Here is your Monday forecast. Cold temperatures and a chance for some light precipitation are possible today, with light snow developing across Laramie and further west into Rawlins after about 3pm and a chance for flurries tonight for Cheyenne and further eastward into the Nebraska Panhandle. Snow accumulations are expected to range anywhere from a few tenths of an inch in lower elevations, and around an inch for the mountains.
The forecast for Cheyenne for the next few days calls for more of the same:
Tuesday Mostly sunny, with a high near 31. Wind chill values between zero and 10. Blustery, with a northwest wind 10 to 15 mph increasing to 15 to 20 mph in the afternoon. Winds could gust as high as 30 mph.

Wednesday Mostly sunny, with a high near 36. Breezy, with a northwest wind 20 to 25 mph, with gusts as high as 35 mph.

Thursday A 40 percent chance of snow. Mostly cloudy, with a high near 24. Blustery.
