
Cheyenne Woman on ‘Most Wanted’ List Arrested, Bonds Out Next Day
A 45-year-old Cheyenne woman who evaded capture for nearly six months is out on bond after being picked up on a felony warrant.
According to a booking sheet, Alicia Elizabeth Morris was booked into the Laramie County Detention Center at 5:39 p.m. on Thursday, Dec. 7, after being transported to the jail by Platte County on a Laramie County warrant for felony forgery.
The warrant was signed by Circuit Court Judge Antoinette Williams on June 9, 2023.

Morris made her initial appearance in Circuit Court Friday afternoon, during which her bond was set at $1,000 cash at 10% and her preliminary hearing was scheduled for Dec. 15 at 9 a.m.
She posted bond shortly afterward.
Morris had been on the Laramie County Sheriff's Office's "Most Wanted" list since Sept. 29.
Deputies are still searching for Gilbert Martinez and Gina Scott, who were part of the new list released on Sept. 29, and Akmir Brown and Jennifer Davidson, who were added to the list on Nov. 9.
