Cheyenne to Host Annual Easter Egg Hunt on April 8
The City of Cheyenne will host its annual Easter Egg Hunt at Holliday Park on Saturday, April 8, starting at 10 a.m. sharp.
The hunt will take place behind the Cheyenne Artists Guild on the west edge of the park, and is open to kids ages 2 to 8.
"Children will be separated into groups based on their ages, and all participants from each age group will have a chance to win a special Easter basket if they find the golden egg that holds a special note inside," Jade Herstein with the Community Recreation and Events Department said in a press release.
"Parents with children ages 3 and under may help their child(ren) during the hunt," Herstein added. "However, we ask that children 4 and older find eggs independently."
As an additional treat, the Easter Bunny will be on hand for pictures.
"Please bring a basket or bag (and) gather as many eggs and candy bars as you can," said Herstein.
