Cheyenne Police Offer ‘Citizen’s Police Academy’
The Cheyenne Police Department is offering it's Citizen's Police Academy course starting March 14th, according to spokesman Sgt. Rob Dafoe. He says the course is a concise version of the training police officers receive, covering topics ranging from processing a crime scene to narcotics investigation. The course is free, but Dafoe says participants must pass a background check and possess a drivers license. More information and registration is available at cheyennepd.org.
