Cheyenne Hospital Offers Oral Care For Cancer Patients Class

Cheyenne Regional Medical Center will offer a free oral hygiene class for cancer patients on Friday, March 14.

CRMC spokeswoman Kathy Baker says dental hygiene students from Laramie County Community College will discuss the side effects of cancer treatment on oral health, as well as the use of oral hygiene aids to lessen those side effect. They'll then demonstrate what patients can do to promote oral health and prevent oral diseases.

The class is scheduled for 10 to 11 a.m. in the cancer center meditation room at CRMC.
