Will Southeast Wyoming Halloween Weather Be A Trick Or A Treat?
The Cheyenne Office of the National Weather Service is forecasting freezing temperatures for Cheyenne and Laramie on Halloween night.
But that's nothing unusual for late October in Wyoming, and it looks pretty calm overall.
