Cheyenne Frontier Days 2019 Kicks Off With Cattle Drive

Cheyenne Frontier Days 2019 unofficially kicked off on Sunday, July 14 with the annual cattle drive.

About 550 Corriente steers were driven from their pasture north of Cheyenne to Frontier Park.  The drive, which started a little after 7 a.m., is often considered the unofficial kickoff to CFD, even though the festivities don't hit full swing for a few days yet.
