Cheyenne Contracts Additional Help to Clear Snowy Streets

The City of Cheyenne has contracted additional help to provide access into residential neighborhoods following the recent blizzard.

Public Works Director Vicki Nemecek says contracted crew members will be working in the city during daylight hours only.

City crews will also begin snow removal operations in the downtown area Thursday evening and continue throughout the night.

Due to the scale of the storm, Nemecek says it may take several days to get snow off the streets.​
