Both Yellowstone and Grand Teton National Parks Open for Winter [AUDIO]

A 47 year old Northern Arapahoe man accused of beating his niece with a 20-pound barbell has been sentenced to two years in prison. Both of western Wyoming's National Parks are now open for the Winter.
