Wyoming Senator John Barrasso says Health and Human Services Secretary Kathleen Sebelius is ''not prepared to answer questions" from states about implementation of the Affordable Care Act.
Barrasso also says it appears to him that Sebelius hasn't given much thought to the implementation of the act

Law Enforcement Says Colorado Vote Won’t Change Pot Enforcement [audio]
Wyoming's Republican Incumbent U.S. Senator and Congresswoman appear to hold the edge against their Democratic challengers in statewide voting today. Wyoming law enforcement officials say that even if a Colorado ballot initiative decriminalizing possession of small amounts of marijuana is approved in today's election it will not change their enforcement of the state's marijuana laws, even for state residents who might legally buy pot in Colorado. State Parks Bans All Open Fires [AUDIO]
U.S. Senator John Barrasso (R-WY) said despite the U.S. Supreme Court ruling declaring the individual mandate int he Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act constitutional, the bill is unworkable and needs to be repealed. The Wyoming Division of State Parks, Historic Sites and Trails has instituted a ban on all open fires at sites located on state lands. Click past the jump to listen to Wyoming Radio News.
