TransCanada Proposes New Route For Keystone XL Pipeline [AUDIO]

TransCanada Corporation has reapplied to the US Department of  State (DOS) for a presidential permit to build the proposed $7 billion dollar Keystone XL Pipeline.  Doug Randall has the details. BLM Releases Environmental Assessment for Oil Shale/Tar Sands [AUDIO]

The Bureau of Land Management has published the notice of availability of the Draft Programmatic Environmental Impact Statement and possible land use amendments for allocation of oil shale and tar sands resources on lands administered by the BLM in Colorado, Utah and Wyoming. BLM to Host Meetings In Cheyenne on Oil Shale [Audio]
