TransCanada Proposes New Route For Keystone XL Pipeline [AUDIO]

TransCanada Corporation has reapplied to the US Department of State (DOS) for a presidential permit to build the proposed $7 billion dollar Keystone XL Pipeline. Doug Randall has the details.
