Both the physical and mental challenges posed by the current coronavirus outbreak as well as the recently concluded 2020 session of the Wyoming Legislature and its financial impacts will be discussed on the "Weekend in Wyoming' on Saturday, March 21.

The show will begin with the Director of the Cheyenne/Laramie County Public Health Department, Kathy Emmons, discussing the latest news on the local COVID-19 situation and what people can do to protect themselves.

At 11:30 a.m., we'll take a break from discussing the coronavirus to chat with Economist Sven Larsen of Americans for Tax Reform about the recent legislative session and what it means for Wyoming.

At 12:05 p.m., we'll chat with a couple of folks from Peak Wellness in Cheyenne, John Stinebaugh, and Kathryn Hopfensberger, about mental challenges of the pandemic. We'll discuss such things are how to deal with being cooped up with family members 24/7 and talking to your kids about the situation, among other topics.
