Wyoming Travel Advisories, Chain Laws In Effect
A winter storm which has hit Wyoming has led to the imposition of chain laws and ''No Unnecessary Travel" advisories.
On Interstate 80 in western Wyoming, a "Chain Law level 1" restriction was in effect as of 5 a.m. between Evanston and Lyman. ''No Unnecessary Travel" warnings were posted between the Utah state line and the Lyman area.
On Interstate 25, ''No Unnecessary Travel" warnings were in effect in the Glenrock, Glendo, Douglas, and Casper areas.
Travel conditions around most of Wyoming were poor to very poor, and travelers were being advised to check the latest WYDOT Road and Travel report before hitting the highway.
