Wyoming Officials: Unsure If Health Insurance Exchange Will Be Ready By Fall [AUDIO]

Wyoming's Insurance Commission Tom Hirsig says he expects it will be challenging for the federal government to start operating a Health Insurance Marketplace for state residents this fall.  The City of Gillette is setting aside money for its annual membership dues to the Wyoming Association of Municipalities but city officials say they have concerns about the organization.
