Wyoming Man Gets 40 Months for Sexually Abusing Young Teen
A 35-year-old Fort Washakie man was sentenced Wednesday in federal court to 40 months in prison for sexually abusing a young teen.
Kyle James Ferris pleaded guilty to four counts of abusive sexual contact on March 20.
Prosecutors say the charges stemmed from multiple incidents between August 2012 and November 2013, in which Ferris engaged in sexual contact with a thirteen-year-old victim.
Ferris will be on supervised release for 10 years once he's released from prison, and will be required to register as a sex offender.
