Wyoming Governor Matt Mead has ordered the U.S. and Wyoming flags to be flown at half-staff statewide on Wednesday, October 31, in honor of the shooting victims of the Tree of Life Synagogue in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.

Eleven people were shot to death in the Saturday shooting. The governor issued the order in response to a proclamation issued by President Trump on Saturday.
