Wyoming Girls Shine at Cheyenne Frontier Days Rodeo [VIDEO]
A dazzling duo of Wyoming college rodeo cowgirls proved on Monday at Cheyenne Frontier Days they can match skills with the best breakaway ropers and barrel racers at any level. Laramie County Community College nursing program junior Sydney Graff advanced to the semi-finals in the breakaway roping competition and Big Piney, WY native Karson Bradley who will transfer from Central Wyoming College to the University of Wyoming in the fall moved on to the weekend semis finishing in the top four of her Monday barrel racing section. Graff competes in 3 events for the Golden Eagles of LCCC while Bradley is a former rookie all-around champion at the national high school finals rodeo. She took 3rd in the 3rd performance of CFD with a time of 17.71 and picked up $1305. Graff's is a Long Pine, Nebraska native and her father Terry is a former contestant at Cheyenne Frontier Days.
