Wyoming Fugitive With Violent History Sought By Marshals
A spokesman for the Wyoming Fugitive Task Force is asking for information on Richard Tucker, aka Richard Hursh.
The task force is led by the U.S. Marshals Service.
Spokesman Justin Stephenson says Tucker is wanted on a felony warrant for a probation violation on an original charge of being a felon in possession of a firearm. He is also wanted on a felony probation violation by the Laramie County Sheriff's Department on an original charge of burglary.
Stephenson says the Laramie County probation violation was for testing positive for methamphetamine and for failing to keep an appointment with his probation officer.
His current whereabouts are unknown, but Stephenson says investigators think he could be in Cheyenne or Casper. Tucker was last known to be living in Cheyenne, but has connections to Casper as well.
Stephenson says Tucker has a violent criminal history which includes a prison sentence for manslaughter and should not under any circumstances be approached.
He is a 37-year-old white male, standing 6'0 and weighing 180 pounds, with hazel eyes and brown hair. Anyone with information on Tucker is being asked to call the Laramie County Sheriff's Department at 307-633-4732, Silent witness at 307 638-TIPS or the U.S. Marshals Service at 307 261-5411.
Information can also be emailed to wyomingsmostwanted@gmail.com.
Stephenson says tipsters may remain anonymous and could be eligible for a cash reward.
