Wyoming Flags At Half-Staff In Memory Of Rep. Cummings

Wyoming Governor Mark Gordon's office issued the following statement on Thursday, Oct. 17:

Governor Gordon, pursuant to President Donald Trump's proclamation, has ordered both the U.S. and State of Wyoming flags immediately lowered to half-staff today, October 17, through tomorrow, October 18, 2019, in memory of Representative Elijah E.Cummings.
