As of 8 p.m., the estimated reopening time is in 18 to 20 hours.
ORIGINAL STORY:
For the second time today, winter conditions have forced the closure of Interstate 80 in Wyoming.
At this time, both lanes are closed between Rock Springs and Laramie. There is also a rolling closure in place westbound between Cheyenne and Laramie.
The Wyoming Department of Transportation says the estimated opening time is unknown.
