Unseasonably Warm But Windy Weather Expected In SE Wyoming
The Cheyenne Office of the National Weather Service is predicting more unseasonably warm weather with strong winds over the next few days.
The agency posted the following on it's website: Here is your beginning of the week forecast. Generally a cooling trend is expected into Wednesday, with daytime high temperatures expected to be in the mid 60s to mid 70s Monday and Tuesday, into the low to high 60s. Some small precipitation chances are also possible Monday across southern Carbon, Albany, Laramie, Kimball and Cheyenne counties, with rain expected in the lower elevations and snow in the mountains. Along with the warm meather, we can expect strong winds, including on the summit between Cheyenne and Laramie:
High Wind Watch in effect for the southeast Wyoming wind prone areas tonight through early Tuesday morning. West to southwest winds will occasionally gust around 60 mph before diminish after sunrise Tuesday morning.
