New Deputies Join Albany County Sheriff's Office Team

The Albany County Sheriff's Office and Laramie Police Department both swore in new members in recent days.

The Sheriff's Office posted the following on August 20

The Albany County Sheriff’s Office is pleased to announce that we have welcomed Deputy Dababneh and Deputy Schneider to our team!

Both were officially sworn in as deputies and are now serving with the Albany County Sheriff’s Office. We are excited to have them join our team and look forward to seeing all they accomplish in their new roles

Laramie Police posted this on Facebook on August 24:

Congratulations to our newest team members! Officers Schelhaas, Putnam, Henke, and Massi, along with Community Service Officer (CSO) Schleicher, were officially sworn in on Friday, August 21.

Today, they head to the Wyoming Law Enforcement Academy in Douglas to begin Peace Officer Basic training. Please join us in welcoming them and wishing them well as they begin this new chapter!
