65 MPH Winds Over Summit, Other SE Wyoming Wind Prone Areas
The Summit between Cheyenne and Laramie and other wind-prone areas of southeast Wyoming may see winds gusting up to 65 miles per hour today.
That's according to the Cheyenne Office of the National Weather Service. The agency posted the following on its website: The wind prone areas of southeast Wyoming can expect gusts of 50 to 65 mph into Monday, while the rest of the area will see widespread gusts of 40 to 55 mph through the day. The persistent strong winds will finally ease on Tuesday.
