I-80 Summit Could Get Four Inches Of Snow, SE Wyoming Mountains 5 Inches
It looks like southeast Wyoming could see snow this evening, with some higher elevations facing five inches or so.
That's according to the Cheyenne Office of the National Weather Service. The agency posted the following on its website: Another mild day today with increasing cloud cover through the afternoon hours. Precipitation chances return early this afternoon for the I-80 corridor. Rain will transition to snow after sunset, though minimal accumulation is expected along I-80 east of the Laramie Range in Wyoming. The I-80 Summit could see 2 to 4 inches of snow, with the mountains seeing 2 to 5 inches.
