Southeast Wyoming Highways Open With Some Warnings
Although there are some black ice advisories in effect for portions of Interstate 80 west of Cheyenne, both Interstate highways in southeast Wyoming were open for travel as of 7 a.m. Saturday.
According to WYDOT, the entire stretch of Interstate 25 in Wyoming was open for travel with no advisories in effect. Many portions of the highway were reporting wet conditions, slick spots and fog, however.
Interstate 80 likewise was open across Wyoming, albeit with parts of I-80 in eastern Wyoming reporting wet, foggy conditions.
That interstate did have a black ice advisory in effect for most of the stretch of highway between Otto Road just west of Cheyenne through the Arlington area.
