Travel conditions across much of southeast Wyoming could be impacted by snow, drizzle, fog and icy roads today (Wednesday) and tonight according to the Cheyenne Office of the National Weather Service.

The agency posted this statement on its website:

''Another cold front is forecast to rapidly move south across eastern Wyoming and western Nebraska beginning early Wednesday morning. Light snow and light rain will develop at first with morning high temperatures in the middle 30s to low 40s, but temperatures will lower through the afternoon with periods of light snow, freezing drizzle, and areas of fog developing through the afternoon and evening hours. Travel impacts from dense fog and icy/slick roads are expected, mainly along and east of Interstate 25. Precipitation should mostly end by early Thursday morning, but roads may still be icy."
