Snow Expected In Southeast Wyoming On Tuesday

Cooler temperatures with rain a with rain and snow showers are expected in southeast Wyoming on Tuesday, ahead of a warming trend later in the week, according to the Cheyenne Office of the National Weather Service.

The agency posted the following the following on its website:

A slightly cooler day is in store for most of the region Tuesday, with highs expected to be in the low- to mid-50s east of I-25 and mid- to upper-40s west of I-25. Breezy conditions are expected midday and through the evening. Light snow showers are possible across Carbon County most of the day before slowly spreading eastward towards the I-25 corridor by 5pm. Minimal accumulation is expected outside of the mountains, which could see 4-6 inches. For more information, see weather.gov/cys

A 30 percent chance of rain after 5pm. Increasing clouds, with a high near 56. West southwest wind 5 to 15 mph, with gusts as high as 25 mph.

This year Wyoming morning talk radio show host Glenn Woods went to Casper Wyoming with artist and photographer Tim Mandeze and found the best Halloween decorations in the state.
