Sinclair Oil Fined Over $700,000 for Safety Violations [AUDIO]

Wyoming workplace safety regulators are seeking more than $700,000 in fins against Sinclair Oil for alleged safety violations at the company's refinery in Sinclair, Wyoming.  The Bureau of Land Management is seeking nominations for its Resource Advisory Council.
