Out of all the changes that retail has experienced throughout the years, I think it goes without saying that shopping downtown never goes out of style.  When you shop downtown, you'll find everything from great restaurants, antique stores, magazine outlets, shops and wellness services. The list goes on and on.

So this year, the challenge is that if everyone will set a goal to do 25% of their holiday shopping downtown, that would be a real boost to those business owners that chose to provide services and products downtown.

Now you have the opportunity to do just that. This Saturday, November 29, 2014, you're invited to Shop Small Business Saturday. Here is your chance to rally and support local merchants. The celebration takes place the Saturday after Thanksgiving.
