SE Wyoming Can Expect A Cool Day Today, Then Warmer
Southeast Wyoming residents will get an unusually cool day on Wednesday for mid-June, but things will be warming up again for the weekend.
That's according to the Cheyenne Office of the National Weather Service. The agency posted the following:
We're off to a chilly start for mid June across our area with most locations starting off in the 40s, and even a few 30s showing up! Expect another cool day this afternoon with partly to mostly cloudy skies. A few showers will be around this morning, then a few thunderstorms this PM. South to southeast winds will develop gusting 30-40 MPH today. Areas around Laramie could see gusts of 50+MPH.
But the agency says temperatures will be back up into the upper 80s or low 90s soon:
