Rock Springs Teen Pleaded Guilty to 2012 Killing of Another Teen [AUDIO]

A Rock Springs teen has pleaded guilty to second-degree murder in the 2012 death of a17 year old boy. The Dean of the University of Wyoming College of Law has resigned effective November 15th.
