A speedy and sassy 'Sister' under the reigning Cheyenne barrel racing champ Nellie Miller gave the Wednesday Frontier Days crowd 17.28 seconds of thrills along with the fastest run yet at the 2019 "Daddy of 'Em All." Miller is from Cottonwood, CA and has already collected nearly $11K in Cheyenne. She returns for semi-finals round #1 on Friday. Miller is currently 2nd in the World Standings with over $125,000 in earnings. Her horse "Sister" was named the barrel racing horse of the year back in 2017. Miller competed at the College National Finals Rodeo in Casper way back in 2007 for UNLV.
