Rain, Snow Possible In Southeast Wyoming Through Christmas
While no huge storms are in the forecast, it looks like a white Christmas is still possible for Cheyenne and Laramie, although that may involve snowing on Christmas Day itslef.
That's according to a post on the Cheyenne National Weather Service.
The agency posted the following:
We'll get a break from the strong winds through Christmas Day this year with mild temperatures continuing. Two weak storm systems, one on Monday, and another on Wednesday (Christmas Day) will bring a chance for some rain and snow showers, but impactful accumulation is unlikely below 7000' in elevation at this time. Those travelling on I-80 west of Cheyenne should be prepared for minor to moderate travel impacts on Monday and possibly Wednesday.
