A proposal currently before the Cheyenne City Council would add e-smoking devices to the city's public smoking ban.

The proposal has passed two readings of the city council and would have to pass a third and final reading before becoming law. A 2006 city ordinance already bans smoking in bars, restaurants, libraries, museums, shopping malls and a variety of other public venues. The proposal currently before the council would add e-smoking devices, including e-cigarettes, vaping pens and similar devices to the ban.

Do you support or oppose adding e-smoking and vaping devices to the existing smoking ban? We'll publish the results of our survey on Monday, August 19th.
