A poll we did last week on whether Cheyenne build more roundabouts seemed to draw a lot of negative comments about the driving skills of Cheyenne residents.

Over 530 people responded to the survey with a 58 percent to 38 percent majority of those responding saying they did not want more roundabouts built in the city.

But one of the overwhelming themes among the written comments on Facebook was that one reason roundabouts are a problem in Cheyenne is that the city has a high percentage of really bad drivers who are incapable of negotiating a roundabout, or in some cases are just plain dangerous.

So that made us wonder...does Cheyenne really have an unusually high number of bad drivers? Or do people just like to complain about other motorists?
