Peabody Reports 3Q Loss [Audio]

Coal company Peabody Energy Corp. is reporting a loss for the third quarter on weaker prices for the coal used to  make steel. Amy Richards reports. Wyoming Government agencies paid a total of $1.25 Million last month to settle a federal lawsuit brought by a Montana man who was cleared of a murder conviction.
