Officials Will Prepare Two Year Study on Exporting Coal Through Washington Port [AUDIO]

Governor Matt Mead says he was disappointed with a U.S. Court of Appeals ruling last week that sided with the EPA on an ongoing dispute with Texas and Wyoming over reducing greenhouse gas emissions. Federal, state and local officials have decided to prepare a two year study on the local and statewide impact of exporting coal through a Washington port.
