Nerd On @ Fort Collins Comic Con Aug. 27 & 28

The second annual Fort Collins Comic Con is at the North Side Aztlan Center, 112 Willow Street Saturday from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. and on Sunday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m..

In addition to expanding from a one day event to two, there will be guest appearances by Gigi Edgley of “Farscape,” Richard Hatch of “Battlestar Gallactica V.1 & 2.” Also, watch for filmmaker Robert Meyer Burnett showing up at the event. According to The Wyoming Tribune Eagle, “More than 1,500 people attended last year’s convention, this year they’re planning for around 2,500.

Tickets: $20 ages 13 and up, $10 6 -12 and free for kids 5 and under.
