A special committee today rejected on a 6-3 vote,  a complaint filed by former state representative Seth Carson who challenged the eligibility of Rep Matt Greene. Carson, who lost to Greene in the November general election, says Greene didn't live in the district for a full year before the vote, as required under the Wyoming constitution.  Greene, a major in the Wyoming National Guard, says he is eligible because he couldn't move to the district until after he returned from a year long deployment to Afghanistan.  the recommendation now goes to the full house, which will vote on whether or not to seat Greene.
