Do you know any Hispanic girls in fifth through twelfth grade?

Let them know they can attend the annual Wyoming Latina Youth Conference in Cheyenne this weekend which includes the Latin Jam concert at the Cheyenne Civic Center on Saturday, October 18, at 7 p.m.

This year's concert features New Mexico native Roberto Griego and Jenna Martinez. The Latin Jam 2014 at the Cheyenne Civic Center is open to the public and tickets are $20 for adults and $10 for those 12 and under. The show will also include Cheyenne's Folkloric Dance groups.

The Wyoming Latina Youth Conference takes place October 17 and 18. Conference events will be held at Laramie County Community College and the annual Banquet will be Friday, October 17, at the Plains Hotel. The keynote speaker is Cheyenne native Julianne Escobedo Shepard.
