
One of Laramie County’s Most Wanted Captured in Big Horn County
A man who was added to the Laramie County Sheriff's Office's "Most Wanted" list two weeks ago is now behind bars.
The sheriff's office in a Facebook post late Thursday night announced Paul Lamphier was captured in Big Horn County.
Lamphier was being sought on a warrant for violating his probation in a felony theft case.
7 Fugitives Still on the Run
The sheriff's office is still looking for these seven most wanted fugitives:
Antonio Oros-Garfia, who was added to the list on Jan. 19, 2024.

Angel King, who was added to the list on Nov. 19, 2024.
Desiree Delaney, who was added to the list on Jan. 8.
Domonique Hernandez-Walker, who was added to the list on June 16.
Jane Felicia, who was added to the list on July 28.
And Joshua Bumford and Jennifer Hood, who were added to the list on Sept. 8.

Informants will remain anonymous and may be eligible for a cash reward of up to $1,000.
