It is also the day that the 20 MPH school zone speeds are back in effect, and the Cheyenne Police Department has promised it will be out in force to enforce those limits. Also, please watch for stopped school buses loading and unloading children, and remember, if the red lights on the bus are flashing, and the "STOP" sign is out, you need to STOP until the lights are turned off and sign is retracted in order to avoid a very expensive ticket, but most importantly for the childrens' safety.
