Does the state of Wyoming need to spend $250,000 to study something that has already been studied many times over?

The Wyoming House and Senate are close to passing a bill to study the effects of Medicaid expansion in the state of Wyoming.

But according to Evan Blauser, of Wyoming Liberty Group, not only have several private groups, like Wyoming Liberty, spent money on studying this very thing, but the state of Wyoming has spent money on just such a study in the past.

According to Blauser, $110,000 of the money would go to pay one person to conduct the study, and the rest of the money would go toward the study itself. But no one needed to spend that much to explore he issue in the past, so why so much now?

In the video, above, Mr. Blauser questions the wisdom of spending Wyoming tax payer money in this way.
