Governor, Prevent Child Abuse Urge Blue Friday In Wyoming
Wyoming Governor Matt Mead and Prevent Child Abuse Wyoming are asking people to wear blue on Friday, April 6 to celebrate child abuse prevention efforts both statewide and across the nation.
Prevent Child Abuse Wyoming is urging people to support wear blue day to highlight the ways that people can fight child abuse by mentoring, donating or becoming advocates.
Governor Mead has joined in urging people to wear blue on Friday and will be signing a proclamation on Monday, April 9 proclaiming April as Child Abuse Awareness Month.
