Fort Collins Massage Businesses Accused Of Prostitution
Police in Fort Collins have accused the owners of a pair of massage businesses of running a prostitution ring.
According to a post on the Fort Collins Police Services Facebook page, the investigation began in August when a customer at the Fort Collins Chinese Foot Massage parlor reported that an employee had tried to provide a sexual service when the patron had only asked for a massage.
Police say their investigation soon led them to Touch of Heaven Massage, an associated business in the same shopping center.
Police say they soon found out that both businesses were owned by the same people, 71-year-old Timothy Vronay and 56-year-old Jingwen Liao.
Police say women were being sent back and forth between the businesses to perform sexual acts for paying customers. In September search warrants were served on the two businesses as well as at Vronay and Liao's home in Commerce City.
The men have now been charged with pimping, money laundering, keeping a place of prostitution and other charges. Police are still looking for a third business associate, 60-year-old Chen Faun, on pimping charges.
