SE Wyoming Flood Watch In Effect Until Thursday Evening
The Cheyenne Office of the National Weather Service says a Flood Watch has been issued for most of southeast Wyoming and the Nebraska Panhandle until Thursday evening.
The agency posted the following on its website:
July 22nd, 1:30PM - A Flood Watch has been issued for much of the area today through Thursday evening. Several rounds of slow-moving, heavy rain producing showers and storms are anticipated later this afternoon/evening and again Thursday afternoon and evening. Flash flooding will be possible as many storms will train over the same areas. Do not travel through flooded roadways, as it is impossible to tell how deep that water is or if the road has been washed out.
