Flood Advisory In Effect For White River

The Cheyenne Office of the National Weather Service has issued a flood advisory for the White River in the Nebraska Panhandle.

The agency posted this statement on its website:

''A Flood Advisory is in effect for the White River in Dawes County between Whitney, NE and the Wyoming/South Dakota border. This advisory is in effect until May 23rd at 9 AM.'
